Abstract

The three tombstones marking the grave of the scholar Ibrahim bin Ahmed al-Kina'i hold significant archaeological value and are regarded as indisputable scientific records. This study analyzes their form and content, presents a biography of their creator, and explores the reasons behind the presence of three tombstones at his burial site. The findings indicate that the oldest of the three dates back to the late twelfth hijri century (18th century AD), while the second and third were placed in the thirteenth and fourteenth centuries AH (19th-20th century AD). Additionally, the research identifies two of the craftsmen responsible for making these tomstones
