Abstract
The study aims to explore the role of Yemeni maritime geostrategy in promoting regional integration and achieving national and shared regional maritime security. It seeks to address challenges and security threats arising from U.S. military hegemony and the foreign military activities of international powers in Yemen’s vital maritime domain—the Red Sea and the Indian Ocean. The study focuses on the problematic influence of U.S. and foreign naval assets and their threat to local and regional maritime and national security. It adopts methodologies from regional maritime geostrategy، systems theory، international relations، and maritime networks. The study anticipates the potential unification of national and regional maritime geostrategic thought to influence decision-makers in achieving: A unified command and management of Yemeni and Arab comprehensive maritime policy، Regional maritime integration in the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ)، The development and advancement of the Indian Ocean linkage، The establishment and management of an integrated regional maritime security framework in the EEZ.
